Looking for a Xolo? This is how our process works
If you have specific questions you want answered before filling out an application, messaging is the fastest way.
The first step is to fill out an application, you can find that here. While we try to screen applications as timely as possible, please understand that it can get quite busy here and the dogs are our top priority.
When we have a confirmed pregnancy or puppies born we will go through and send messages to confirm our waitlist or that applicants are still interested.
Once our pups are several weeks old we will go through the waitlist and contact potential owners. At this point we will send out reservations forms and take deposits. If there is not a pup from that litter that ends up being a match, you can either move your deposit to another litter or be refunded.
Please read through the page about how our puppies are raised. You will notice at the end that they are all temperament tested and assessed. We do this because we do our best to make a good match. Matching the pups temperament to the environment and people they will be living with is key to a happy relationship. We do not place pups solely by color or looks. Just because you think “that one is cute” does not mean it will be a good fit for your home. Our goal is to place our puppies in their forever home.
Once we have assessed temperaments and which homes they would be a good fit for, we will contact you and explain the reason for that decision. At that point, if you are happy with our choice, or if there is more than one good match, you can choose whether or not you agree and would like to add them to your home.
Once everything is confirmed on the best pup for you, we will send you our contract to sign. At that point we will schedule pick up or delivery and answer any last minute questions you may have.
We will be there for support and to answer any questions you may have for the life of your dog and beyond. We have a family Facebook page for you to be a part of and are always available by messenger or phone.
